  • Uploaded Files: We store images and other files you upload through the editor.

  • Supabase: Authentication services, database hosting, and file storage
  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
  • Vercel: Application hosting and content delivery

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

4.2 Page Sharing

When you share a page with another user, the recipient can view the page title and content based on the permission level you set (view or edit). Your email address is visible to the recipient as the page owner.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency), or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

4.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

5. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, which employs industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

You have certain rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: You can access your content at any time through the Service
  • Export:You can export your pages and data through the Service's export feature
  • Correction: You can update your content at any time through the editor
  • Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data through the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Trashed pages are automatically deleted after 30 days. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and content within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
